A Detail That Changes Everything.

The Gable Dormer is the upgrade that makes a utility shed look like it was planned into the property, not dropped on it. The triangular gable detail on the front face of the roof adds an architectural character that a standard box simply cannot replicate. Combined with an 18-inch octagonal window, it brings in natural light while giving the building a distinctive, polished appearance from the street.

With 92" interior wall height (treated) or 93.5" (painted/urethane), the Gable Dormer package gives you more headroom than the standard utility configuration. That extra vertical space is especially useful for taller storage, overhead organization systems, or simply moving around comfortably while working inside.

If the building length permits, additional dormers can be added — including on both sides of the gable roof for a fully symmetrical look. LP SmartSide siding, LP ProStruct flooring, and lifetime warranted shingles are standard across every configuration.
