Our driver places your building and levels it to spec — starting at one corner and raising up to three feet. Build-on-site orders are constructed on your property, usually in a single day.

A little prep is the difference between a smooth same-day setup and a rescheduled trip. Run through this before your delivery date:
Free delivery and professional setup within 30 miles of our lot — including leveling to our blocking specifications. Deliveries beyond 30 miles are subject to an additional mileage charge.
We recommend it. Being present lets you confirm placement, door direction, and leveling so your building ends up exactly where and how you want it. If you can’t be there, coordinate clear placement instructions with your dispatcher in advance.
Free setup covers sites within 3 feet of level. Our crew levels the building starting at one corner and raising it as needed. Sites steeper than 3 feet may require additional blocking — talk to us ahead of time and we’ll plan for it.
Yes. Your building doesn’t require a concrete pad. We can set on gravel, grass, or dirt as long as the ground is stable and the truck can safely access the spot. Very soft or wet ground may need to dry out first.
A dispatcher contacts you to schedule — within 48 hours of purchase for in-stock buildings, or once your custom order is ready. You’ll agree on the date together, and your crew’s contact info lives in your customer portal.
Non-standard metal colors add about a week to build time. Peak season demand and poor weather can also push dates. We keep you updated through your portal so there are no surprises.
